Student In Spotlight: Zuha

Zuha

An unforgettable performance by one of our GCSE students during the College-run multidisciplinary project this May under the umbrella of Oxfordshire Artweeks.

As part of this year’s participation in Artweeks, a number of musical concerts took place, which were attended by our tutors and students, together with a wider Oxford audience.
During one such concert on Saturday (20th May), our student, Zuha, was one of the participants who performed a song “Easy on Me”

The evening began with excitement, filling the auditorium with a sense of anticipation. From the very first note, it was evident that Zuha had poured her heart into the song. The audience was spellbound by the purity and innocence that resonated through the performance.

As the final notes echoed through the auditorium, a thunderous applause erupted, filling the air with appreciation and admiration. Zuha had undoubtedly delivered an unforgettable performance that will be etched in the memories of all who witnessed it.

Beyond the remarkable musical journey, this performance was a testament to the power of teamwork, dedication, and the transformative nature of the arts. The kids choir who performed alongside solo singers exemplified the limitless potential of young minds and hearts when nurtured with love and encouragement.

As to the talented solo singer – Zuha: your unwavering commitment, hard work, and passion have truly paid off. You have inspired us all and reminded us of the limitless possibilities that await those who dare to dream.

We are certain that Zuha’s future endeavours will continue to enchant and inspire us all. We express our deepest gratitude to the dedicated mentor and teacher, Yevheniia, and also parents who have supported and nurtured this talent, guiding Zuha towards this moment of brilliance.

As the curtain falls on this mesmerising chapter, we eagerly await Zuha’s next performance.
