A Two-Year Programme That Goes Beyond A-Levels

The A-Level Enhanced Programme spans six terms, from Michaelmas 2025 to Trinity 2027. Students choose three A-Level subjects from a wide range, including Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Politics, History, Economics, Business, Art, English Literature, and Computer Science. This choice allows each student to personalise their academic journey while meeting university entry requirements.

Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Its Core

What sets the A-Level Enhanced Programme apart is its unique focus on innovation, technology, and entrepreneurship. Students participate in exclusive bootcamps, developed in partnership with the University of Oxford and the UC Berkeley’s Sutardja Center for Entrepreneurship & Technology (SCET). These bootcamps are held in Oxford and California, giving students a truly international perspective.

Topics covered include venture fundamentals, startup finance, business models, leadership, and pitching — all taught by distinguished faculty members and seasoned industry professionals. This practical learning helps students develop the skills and confidence to seize opportunities in a rapidly changing world.

Who Is the A-Level Enhanced Programme For?

The programme is designed for 16- to 17-year-olds who have completed their GCSEs or equivalent secondary education. It is ideal for those who have a B2 CEFR level of English and a passion for technology, innovation, entrepreneurship, or those simply looking to gain a competitive advantage for university applications and future careers.

International Exposure and Real-World Experience

A standout feature of the A-Level Enhanced Programme is the optional summer term in California. Here, students immerse themselves in the vibrant Silicon Valley start-up ecosystem, gaining first-hand insight into how leading innovators operate. This global experience encourages students to develop a broad outlook and adaptability — essential qualities for future leaders.

Why Choose the A-Level Enhanced Programme?

The A-Level Enhanced Programme is not just about earning qualifications; it is about developing a growth mindset, leadership abilities, and entrepreneurial thinking. The combination of academic study and real-world learning equips students with the tools to succeed at university, in business, or within the technology and start-up sectors.
