Students settle into life at Cherwell
We have been welcoming our students for 2018, who have happily settled into their study routines. The majority of our classes are one-to-one which is especially helpful for those students joining us to study towards exam re-sits (see our blog on retaking exams).
Those who board at Cherwell House have the added advantage of socialising with their peers outside of study times. Plus there are lots of clubs and activities to keep their minds and bodys active, such as art, chess and dance classes.
We are so lucky at Cherwell College to be located in the heart of the city center, with its rich history and beautiful parks. Our students will be able to take full advantage of the area to take park walks and to join in on the weekly organised run.
The students have also enjoyed a trip to the famous Windsor Castle and tried their hand at a archery. As Windsor Castle is famous as a royal ancestral home, our students were hoping to catch a glimpse of one of the royals or even a corgi. Alas, no royal family that day, however one student did get to pet a corgi look-alike!
We are excited to visit Warwick Castle this weekend.
