A talk by Oxford University on the threat of a new trade war

With an increasingly protectionist agenda of US trade policy and an erosion of the importance placed on diplomacy, could we be heading for a trade war between the major economic powers? This was the topic for discussion at a brilliant event hosted by the Blavatnik School of Government in Oxford last night.
